pul liEnsure all project documentation adheres to company standards and the Integrated Management System (IMS).
/li liDistribute and track documents to ensure that all relevant stakeholders receive and have access to the latest versions of project documentation (including drawings, schedules, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and reports).
/li liMaintain and update project registers such as the document register, RFI register, action log, and issue log.
/li liAnalyse and summarise data from various project logs, highlighting outstanding actions or overdue items.
/li liGenerate regular reports to support project tracking, including document status updates and overdue reports.
