The Supervisor will represent the brand as a Stella McCartney ambassador by promoting the values and ambitions of the business. /ph3Your Mission: /h3ulliDemonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor through client engagement, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided and mystery shop goals are met. /liliCommunicates company set KPI's and identifies strategies to ensure performance standards are met. /liliSupport daily team brief meetings to communicate current business trends and relevant updates. /liliPartner with management to promote brand awareness, establish market/store presence, and capture competitive market share through community outreach and company sponsored events. /liliSupport and maintain visual merchandising standards set by the WW headquarters. /liliCollaborate with the Stock Controller for full organization of stock, ensuring stock management guidelines are being achieved. /liliPromote a positive and professional team environment that fosters trust, integrity and superior performance standards, leading by example. /liliEnsure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for all new hires. /liliParticipates in attracting, recruiting, and retaining a high performing team. /liliLead the team on executing amazing customer service and after sales experience, to increase and retain customer loyalty.
/liliCapture meaningful client data for the purpose of building relationships to personalize prospect client development opportunities. /liliStrong grasp on KPI's and ability to strategize in the event, performance standards are not met. /liliFully support and align with all key business initiatives and new product launches. /li /ulh3Your Talent: /h3ulliFluent in English is a requirement, with any other languages being very beneficial. /liliSales and client management experience in luxury/premium retail. /liliAbility to analyse selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business. /liliPrevious team management experience. /liliProven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results. /liliAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. /liliProficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Industry awareness and strong business acumen. /liliStrong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills. /liliBachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred. /li /ulpSalary Range: € 32.000 - € 37.000 Gross Annual Salary (RAL). /ppA noi di Stella McCartney piace essere audaci.
