You will execute manual testing, define acceptance criteria, and collaborate with backend, frontend and AI teams to ensure releases meet high standards.
You will manage QA workflows in Jira, analyze customer portal reports, translate findings into technical specs, and sign off on features before production.
A 1–2 year background in QA or advanced tech support (SaaS a plus) and a bachelor's degree are expected.
