We are currently looking for a PR & Communication profile, specifically a
PR & COMMUNICATION INTERN PRESTIGE [internship]
MISSION
This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Public Relations and Brand Communication, supporting the visibility and reputation of the brands within the Italian market.
The intern will assist the PR & Communication team in daily activities such as media support, content preparation, event coordination, communication material management and interactions with journalists, agencies, and internal departments.
Working closely with PR & Communication, Marketing, Digital, Sales, external agencies and press contacts, the intern will progressively develop communication, organizational and relational skills while contributing to the execution of PR initiatives and campaigns.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Support media relations activities, including preparing press materials, sample send?outs and managing media lists.
Assist in drafting, adapting and organizing press releases, media kits, presentations and communication assets.
Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
Support in monitoring press coverage, collecting media clippings and updating reporting documents.
Assist in the coordination of PR events, press days, product presentations and logistics linked to communication activations.
Help manage requests from journalists, influencers and communication partners.
Contribute to the preparation of content for social media and digital communication when required.
Support in translation, editing and adaptation of materials received from International Communication teams.
Assist with administrative and operational tasks such as PO creation, supplier coordination and organization of PR archives.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
Bachelor's degree in progress in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Humanities or related fields.
Strong interest in beauty, media, communication and PR.
Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret communication data, media coverage and campaign results, is a must have.
Excellent writing and communication skills in Italian; good command of English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Creativity, curiosity and willingness to contribute ideas.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools; PR tools knowledge is a plus.
Positive attitude, proactivity and relational intelligence with internal teams and external stakeholders.
