ams OSRAM is seeking a Verification Leader to define strategies for broadband optical communication ICs, leading block and chip-level verification with a focus on high-frequency mixed-signal interfaces and high-speed datapaths.
The role requires 10+ years in verification, proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM, and hands-on leadership to drive coverage, debugging, and cross-functional collaboration across advanced CMOS nodes such as FinFET or FD-SOI.
