Bending Spoons seeks a talented, driven legal professional to support cross-border acquisitions and strategic transactions.
You will work with our Accounting, Finance and Business Acquisitions teams to conduct due diligence, draft transaction documents, and guide post?completion integrations to protect value and enable growth.
You will also advise on financing and capital matters, draft and negotiate confidential, licensing and SaaS agreements, and build scalable legal tools leveraging AI.
