About the role
Who We Are
We are building the operating system that lets every factory extract value from its physical data.
Much of the knowledge and physical data of the manufacturing sector is not tracked by any digital system. Today this data is captured through observation. Procedo builds the Vision Intelligence infrastructure that turns factory processes into structured data, dynamic procedures and analytics for optimisation. We are a research-born startup, accelerated by Bocconi for Innovation, and already live in several Italian and international plants in enterprise settings.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone to bring our technology to the manufacturing market and help build and refine our sales process. You have 1-3 years of experience and have learned to move from strategy to execution quickly.
The ideal profile recognises themselves in these traits:
- Comfortable developing commercial relationships, from first contact to close and on to customer support.
Our sales cycles follow enterprise logic and require the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Able to run a technical sale: the product has a strong AI component and the factory context is highly specialised.
- Empathetic and intuitive: builds trust and reads the needs of their counterparts. Every customer contact is a chance to improve the product and steer its development.
- Self-critical and convinced of the value of continuous improvement. We are a small team building our commercial practices, which must be refined constantly: mutual feedback is at the centre of our growth.
Key Responsibilities
You will be the commercial point of reference, with significant hands‑on responsibility from day one. The work is carried out in close contact with the founder. Activities may include:
- Owning the entire direct sales cycle: qualifying leads and taking them from the first conversation to the commercial agreement. This often includes on‑site visits.
