ExcelHealth Group supports clinicians by managing the non-clinical side of the work—including facility contracting, relationship management, growth and development, patient enrollment, scheduling, billing, collections, recruitment, and IT support—so providers can focus on what they do best: delivering excellent patient care. /p pAs we continue to grow, we are looking for clinicians who are energized by service, comfortable working independently, and excited to help expand access to high-quality care for an underserved population. /p h3Where You’ll Work /h3 ul liProvide mobile optometry services at nursing homes and long-term care communities throughout the state. /li liTravel to established partner facilities where residents are scheduled for on-site care. /li liWork in designated treatment rooms or provide bedside care when needed based on patient needs and facility setup. /li liReceive schedules in advance to support planning, organization, and predictability in your workweek. /li /ul h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liConduct comprehensive eye examinations for residents in long-term care settings. /li liProvide yearly exams, follow-up visits, spectacle ordering, and evaluation or management of common eye disorders. /li liAdapt care delivery to the needs of each patient, including residents who may require bedside exams, additional time, or a gentle communication approach.
