The role involves monitoring and analyzing security events to protect systems and data.
Responsibilities include identifying vulnerabilities and responding to incidents.
/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pp• Monitor and analyze security events from multiple sources including SIEM tools, firewalls, and IDS/IPS systems.
/pp• Investigate security incidents and determine their scope, impact, and root cause.
/pp• Implement and maintain security controls to mitigate risks and prevent future incidents.
/pp• Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend remediation actions.
/pp• Prepare detailed incident reports, documenting findings, actions taken, and recommendations.
/ppbr/ppbRequired Skills Qualifications: /b /pp• Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, QRadar, or similar platforms.
/pp• Knowledge of network security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
/pp• Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools like Nessus,
OpenVAS, or Qualys.
/pp• Understanding of common security frameworks such as NIST, ISO *****, or CIS Controls.
/pp• Ability to analyze logs and network traffic to detect anomalies and potential threats.
/pp• Experience with incident response procedures and best practices.
/pp• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
/pp• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
