Pilade Riello 5/7 (Shopfloor) /p /brpWork Model: Fully Onsite /p /brpContract: 12 Months /p /brpWorking Hours: 40 hours/week /p /brpPosition Overview /p /brpWe are looking for an experienced Onsite Support Services Engineer to provide hands?on IT support to end users at the Carrier site in Legnago, Italy.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of IT support experience, with strong expertise in Service Desk, End User Services, Field Services, and Onsite IT Support.
/p /brpThe role requires excellent communication skills in English and native?level Italian, along with a strong customer?service mindset and the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and workplace technology issues in an onsite environment.
/p /brpKey Responsibilities /p /brul /brliProvide onsite IT support to end users across the Carrier facility.
/li /brliTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral?related issues.
/li /brliDeliver Service Desk and End User Computing support.
/li /brliPerform desktop/laptop installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
/li /brliSupport printers, monitors, mobile devices, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
/li /brliHandle field service requests and provide hands?on technical assistance.
/li /brliLog, update, track, and resolve incidents and service requests through the ITSM system.
/li /brliEscalate complex issues to relevant technical teams when required.
/li /brliSupport user onboarding, device provisioning, and IT equipment replacement.
/li /brliMaintain accurate documentation of incidents, assets, and troubleshooting activities.
/li /brliFollow IT support processes, security policies, and service?level requirements.
/li /brliProvide professional and timely support to users in both office and shopfloor environments.
/li /br /ul /brpMandatory Skills Experience /p /brul /brli3–5 years of overall IT experience.
/li /brliMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in: /li /brliService Desk Support /li /brliEnd User Services /li /brliField Services /li /brliOnsite IT Support /li /brliStrong troubleshooting and problem?solving skills.
/li /brliExperience supporting Windows?based desktop/laptop environments.
/li /brliGood understanding of IT hardware, peripherals, and workplace technologies.
/li /brliStrong customer-facing and communication skills.
/li /brliNative Italian and strong English communication skills.
