br/ppstrongWhat you will do /strong /ppAs HR Administration Payroll Intern, you will have the opportunity to get a 360° overview by managing an end-to-end process.
You will become accountable and manage autonomously your daily workload in a highly dynamic and agile work environment.
Specifically, you will support the team in the following activities: /pulliSupport the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees and interns, from preparing documentation to coordinating onboarding activities.
/liliAssist in the preparation, collection, and verification of employment documentation required for hiring.
/liliSupport time and attendance management by monitoring clock-ins, absences, vacation, leave requests,
and attendance anomalies using HR systems.
/liliProvide operational support in HR administration, ensuring accurate maintenance, updating, and filing of employee records and documentation.
/liliAssist in managing administrative communications with employees, managers, and internal stakeholders, providing timely support on HR-related matters.
/liliSupport the maintenance and updating of HR databases and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
/li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat you need to succeed /strong /pulliHigh school diploma in Administration, Finance, and Marketing (or equivalent qualification).
/liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a strong command of Excel.
/liliProficiency in both English and Italian /liliStrong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
/liliExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities effectively.
