The role combines hands-on IT operations with strategic systems development, with responsibility for ensuring business continuity, managing enterprise applications and infrastructure, and supporting digital transformation across a technologically complex manufacturing environment. The IT Manager will work closely with production, management, internal stakeholders, and external technology partners to ensure IT systems effectively support business and Industry 4.0 requirements. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brpEnsure the operational continuity of corporate IT systems, responding quickly to application and infrastructure issues to minimize disruption to production. /p /brpManage and support the enterprise application environment, including Microsoft Dynamics ERP, MES, and WMS. /p /brpEnsure effective integration and ongoing performance across business-critical systems. /p /brpCoordinate external IT suppliers and technology partners, monitoring activities, priorities, and service levels. /p /brpWork closely with production teams to support industrial processes and integrations with machinery and Industry 4.0 systems. /p /brpOversee IT infrastructure including servers, networking, backup, and business continuity. /p /brpProvide hands-on technical support when required, particularly during critical incidents.



/p /brpDefine and implement strategies for the evolution and optimization of the organization's information systems. /p /brpIdentify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and operational efficiency. /p /brpAct as the primary IT point of reference for management and business functions, translating operational requirements into effective technology solutions. /p /brpManage technical relationships with suppliers and international partners, including communication in English. /p /brpParticipate in digital transformation and technology innovation projects. /p /brpContribute to the evolution of application and infrastructure architecture within a complex manufacturing environment. /p /brh3Requirements /h3 /brpMinimum 5 years of experience managing corporate information systems within industrial or manufacturing environments. /p /brpStrong understanding of core IT processes and business-oriented application architectures. /p /brpProven experience managing and evolving ERP solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics. /p /brpExperience with integrated enterprise systems, including MES and WMS. /p /brpUnderstanding of IT systems supporting manufacturing and logistics processes. /p /brpHands-on, operational approach with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues directly. /p /brpStrong focus on maintaining IT and production continuity. /p /brpGood written and spoken English. /p /brpStrong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills. /p /brpResults-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams. /p /brh3Compensation Benefits /h3 /brpGross annual salary from €65,000 /p /brpMBO / performance-based premio /p /brpMeal vouchers /p /brpSupplementary health insurance /p /brpOpportunity to contribute to significant digital transformation initiatives within an international manufacturing environment /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
