ph3Job Description /h3pNokia’s Hardware Development Organization is seeking a Product Compliance Manager to lead the Product Compliance test laboratory in Italy to ensure products meet the applicable standard and regulatory requirements. /ph3Job Description /h3pNokia’s Hardware Development Organization is seeking a Product Compliance Manager to lead the Product Compliance test laboratory in Italy to ensure products meet the applicable standard and regulatory requirements. /ppIn this role, you will manage the Product Compliance test laboratory, in which environmental tests are performed, and you will be part of the standardization organizations that develop the compliance standards for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) equipment. /ph3How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn /h3ulliDevelop and implement laboratory policies, procedures, and quality systems to ensure optimal laboratory performance /liliDevelop the quality policy and documentation to comply with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements /liliDefine and maintain the process documents requested for product compliance for the ISO 9000/TL 9000 quality system /liliManage operations costs and capital expenditures to ensure the proper operation of the laboratory /liliDisseminate and enforce the application of the health and safety policy to the laboratory staff to be compliant with the applicable regulations for workers /liliManage a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to define test-setups, test plan (including reference standards and compliance classes) and improvements in case of failures. /liliFull responsibility for all people management topics and development of this team.
