ams OSRAM seeks a senior Verification Lead to define strategies for broadband optical ICs, including high-speed datapaths and mixed-signal interfaces.
You will lead block and chip-level verification, drive coverage closure and quality metrics, and coordinate cross-functional debugging efforts.
The role requires a MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of verification experience, strong SystemVerilog/UVM skills, and expertise in CMOS technologies such as FinFET or FD-SOI.
