Junior Accountant (fixed term maternity leave)
About the Role:

We're looking for aJunior Accountantwho will help ensure our financial operations run smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently.
In this role, you'll be the link between Finance, Procurement, and our business teams, ensuring invoices are processed accurately, vendors are supported, and financial records remain reliable.
Main Responsibilities:
As ourJunior Accountant, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring that every supplier transaction is accurately processed, properly documented, and fully compliant.
You'll work closely with colleagues across Finance, Procurement, and the wider business tovalidate contracts,purchase orders,service entries, andinvoices, helping to keep our processes running smoothly and our vendor relationships strong.
Throughout the month, you'll play a key role inmonitoring and resolving discrepancies,reconciling vendor accounts,supporting accruals, and contributing to a successfulmonth-end close.
Your expertise will also extend beyond Accounts Payable into areas such asVAT accounting,fixed assets management,capitalization,depreciation, and the monitoring of Work-in-Progress projects.
Whethersupporting audit activities, preparing financial documentation, or collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers, your work will contribute directly to the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting.
About You:
We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and takes pride in getting the details right.
You have between1-3 yearsinAccounts Payable,Accounting, orFinance Operationsand are comfortable working inSAP FI, while knowledge ofSAP Aribawould be an advantage.
You understand the importance of strong financial controls and have a solid grasp ofinvoice processing,vendor accounting, andreconciliation activities.
Beyond your technical expertise, you're naturallyanalytical, confident working withExceland large volumes of data, and enjoy solving problems in a structured way.
Most importantly, you're a collaborative professional who builds strong relationships, communicates effectively with different stakeholders, and is passionate about delivering accurate, high-quality work every day.
