/ppbr/ppstrongScope /strong /ppThe ideal candidate will be responsible for the accounting operations in all day-to-day activities and support Finance Manager /ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliDay-to-day finance activities /liliGeneral administrative tasks: contact with Bank, customers,
suppliers and all departments /liliPrepare and maintain general ledger accounts and reporting /liliReconcile bank statements, intercompany statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy /liliSupport Finance Manager with month, quarter, year-end closing /liliMonitoring and planning cash flow requirements /liliControlling AR / AP / General Ledger /liliGenerate a variety of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements /liliManaging preparation of all financial reports balance sheets /liliPreparations of the budget /liliAnalysis of the budget versus actual results /liliProcess optimization /liliMaintaining contact with auditors, tax specialists, xjncmbx banks and other finance related parties /liliPreparing VAT declaration /liliSupport financial Manager in day-to-day operations /liliReplacing Finance Manager in case of absence /liliEnsure all matters consistent with Global Company Policies and Laws management /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications /strong /ppbr/pulliHigher Education; Accounting / Economics / Professional qualification /lili5 years experience Senior Accountant or Finance Manager /liliKnowledge of different accounting software (Microsoft AX, Oracle Fusion, Qlik, etc ) /liliKnowledge of business languages: English (mandatory) /li /ul
