Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico, India and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.
/p pWe are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of bEPL Unit Coordinator - Performance /b.
/p h3THE IMPACT: /h3 pS/He coordinates and executes testing activities aimed at verifying the performance of finished products, materials, and components, ensuring the reliability of test results and compliance with defined standards.
In addition, where applicable, issues certifications related to Energy Labelling and Eco-design.
/p h3Main Activities And Accountabilities /h3 ul liCoordinate the activities of the Performance Organizational Unit, directly contributing to the execution of testing activities and ensuring the achievement of quality, service, and timeline objectives.
/li liEnsure the definition, execution, and timely release of performance qualification plans associated with product development projects.
/li liExecute and coordinate testing activities, ensuring the reliability of results, compliance with procedures, and adherence to deadlines.
/li liProactively identify technical risks and critical issues, coordinating corrective actions and supporting the project team in defining appropriate solutions.




/li liPlan and supervise testing activities, optimizing the use of resources and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
/li liEnsure the technical validation of test reports, guaranteeing accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable requirements.
/li liEnsure the suitability and efficiency of laboratory equipment and infrastructure by defining the necessary maintenance, verification, and investment plans.
/li liIssue test reports for the Performance Platform under delegation from the Direct Manager.
/li liManage and coordinate any proficiency testing activities involving the Performance Organizational Unit.
/li liMonitor and ensure the continuous updating of the list of applicable standards available within the laboratory.
/li liPromptly inform Laboratory Management, EPL Quality, and EPL Program Management of the introduction of new regulatory tests, providing all details and information required for their implementation.
/li liAct as a technical reference for the team, supporting result analysis, problem-solving, and the definition of testing best practices.
/li /ul h3Requisiti /h3 ul liFull Professional working proficiency in both Italian and English are a must have; /li liGood Knowledge of CAD 3D/2D ( preferably Creo Parametrics ); /li liGood Knowledge of Microsoft Office pack; /li liAt least 2 years of experience in the same role; /li liAnalytic approach, Curiosity and Team working will complete the profile.
