/liliPrepare marketing materials, including Teasers, Information Memoranda, Business Plans, Management Presentations, and pitchbooks.
/liliPerform financial analysis, including financial statement review and reclassification from trial balances.
/liliBuild and maintain sophisticated valuation and financial models (DCF, LBO, Trading Comparables, Transaction Comparables, and scenario analyses).
/liliCoordinate due diligence processes and liaise with clients, investors, legal advisors, and other counterparties involved in the transaction process.
/liliConduct industry, market,
and company research to support both execution and origination activities.
/liliAssist senior professionals in transaction structuring, negotiations, and client relationship management.
/li /ulbbrRequirementsbr/bulli4-5 years of experience within MA Advisory, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or a similar financial advisory environment.
/liliStrong financial modelling and valuation capabilities.
/liliSolid understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial statement analysis.
/liliExcellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
/liliDegree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
/liliFluent English, both written and spoken.
/liliStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to perform effectively in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and senior stakeholders.
