A true change agent who acts with integrity, collaborates across boundaries, adapts quickly, takes initiative and keeps users at the center — fostering an open, innovative, and high-performing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor service KPIs (e.G., repair times, first-time fix rate, service costs)Analyze service performance and identify areas for improvementSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities for the Service departmentPrepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholdersCollaborate with field service teams, call centers, and external service partnersEnsure data accuracy in service management systemsAssist in optimizing service processes and workflowsSupport procurement and spare parts cost analysisWhat you need to succeedMust have Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fieldProfessional experience: 3+ years of experience in controlling, service operations, or similar rolesLanguage: Excellent communication skills both in Italian and in English,
