/bThis is a permanent, full-time opportunity ideally suited for an early-career professional who enjoys working with data, supporting business operations, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
The role supports Motorola's Go-to-Market organization in Italy and works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, distributors, and customers.
This position follows Lenovo's hybrid working model, combining office and remote work.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport sales operations activities through accurate order management, data maintenance, and process execution.
/li liMaintain and update information within internal systems, ensuring data quality and consistency.
/li liPrepare regular reports and analyses to support business planning, operational decision-making, and performance tracking.
/li liCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing,
Finance, and Operations teams to support Go-to-Market initiatives.
/li liAct as a point of contact for distributors and customers regarding promotions, claims, and operational inquiries.
/li liMonitor and support rebate, promotional, and administrative processes to ensure timely resolution of issues.
/li liContribute to process improvements and support the adoption of efficient tools and working methods.

/li /ul h3Position Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
/li liPrevious experience in sales operations, business support, customer service, finance, distribution, or a similar business environment is advantageous but not required.
/li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
/li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Excel macros, Copilot, or AI-based productivity tools.
/li liAdvanced English is required; Italian language proficiency is required for daily interaction with local stakeholders and customers.
/li liStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
/li liExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and teams.

This range applies to the primary job location Italyand is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience.
Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
