We partner with global clients to deliver high-performance technical facilities across Europe. /p pAs we continue to expand in the Italy, we’re looking for an experienced MEP Lead with a strong mechanical or electrical background to join our first-class team in Milan. /p pThis is a unique chance to work on some of Europe’s most innovative data centre projects, supporting the delivery of complex mechanical and electrical systems that underpin mission-critical operations. /p pYou’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating MEP design, installation, testing and commissioning, ensuring quality, safety and performance standards are achieved throughout. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liLead all MEP activities on-site. /li liCoordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of MEP packages. /li liReview technical designs, method statements and submittals to ensure compliance with client specifications and data centre standards. /li liMonitor progress, manage risks and drive issue resolution to maintain schedule and cost performance. /li liOversee installation quality and ensure robust testing, commissioning and handover processes. /li liAct as the main MEP point of contact with the client, project management team and key stakeholders. /li liFoster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to MiCiM and local HSE requirements. /li liAbout You /li liStrong mechanical or electrical engineering background with hands-on experience in large-scale MEP delivery. /li liProven track record as an MEP Lead or Senior MEP Manager on data centres, high-tech, pharmaceutical or other mission-critical projects.
