/ppbr/ppWe are looking for a strongmotivated and skilled Hotel Sales Manager /strong to lead revenue growth and expand business opportunities in the leisure, groups, and MICE markets at our strongexclusive luxury resort /strong.

/strong /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliProactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities aligned with revenue goals.
/liliOversee group and MICE inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
/liliManage the entire sales cycle, from qualification and proposal preparation to negotiation and contract finalization.
/liliFoster strong relationships with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders.
/liliWork closely with operations and other departments to ensure smooth execution and an exceptional guest experience.
/liliSupport pre-opening activities and contribute to establishing efficient sales processes and workflows.
/liliStay informed about market trends and competitor activities, providing regular insights and updates.
/liliAct as the main point of contact for all sales inquiries, showcasing independence and proactive leadership.
/li /ulpbr/ppstrongProfile Requirements /strong /pullistrongProven experience in hotel sales /strong, preferably within strongluxury hospitality /strong or related industries.
/liliExperience managing groups and/or MICE segments is highly desirable.
/liliFamiliarity with strongOpera /strong and strongSalesforce /strong is a plus.
/liliFluency in strongItalian and English /strong.
/liliLocally based or willing to commute/relocate to the hotel area.
/liliProactive, hands-on, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a standalone role.
/liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
