/ppThis position ensures the effectiveness of the Compliance Monitoring system by planning and conducting audits, managing nonconformities, monitoring corrective actions, and overseeing documentation related to personnel qualifications, authorizations, and training.
/ph3bMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /b /h3pbCompliance Monitoring and Audits /b /pulliSupport the planning and execution of the Annual Audit Program.
/liliConduct internal audits and inspections to verify compliance with regulations, company procedures, and MOE.
/liliPrepare audit reports and manage the tracking of nonconformities and corrective actions.
/liliVerify the effectiveness of the improvement actions implemented.
/liliMonitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on the organization.
/liliSupport audits and inspections conducted by customers, and external entities.
/li /ulpbDocumentation and Qualifications Management /b /pulliMonitor the validity of personnel qualifications, authorizations, licenses, and certifications.
/liliManage and archive documentation related to training, skills, and experience.
/liliVerify the completeness and currency of personnel records.
/liliManage the database of qualifications and training deadlines.
/liliEnsure the proper retention of required documentary evidence.
