/ppbr/ppbThe Job: /b /ppAs the bItaly Payroll Lead /b, you'll be part of our bPayroll /b team.
You'll get to: /pulliOversee monthly payroll activities for Italy in partnership with ADP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
/liliSupport the internal payroll team and resolve payroll queries and escalations from employees and stakeholders.
/liliManage payroll changes related to hires, terminations, absences, and employee data updates.
/liliSupport post-payroll activities, reporting, controls, and compliance-related tasks.
/liliPartner with the EMEA Payroll Manager, HR, and project teams on payroll updates, process improvements, and key initiatives.
/liliSupport year-end payroll activities, audits, and payroll-related projects.

You also have: /pulliStrong experience and knowledge of Italian payroll processes and practices.
/liliFluency in Italian and English, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
/liliExperience working with payroll providers; knowledge of ADP Celergo is a plus.
/liliStrong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
/liliThe ability to work independently, learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
