/p pThe successful candidate will oversee the housekeeping operation, supervise domestic staff and support the smooth running of the residence, including family-related arrangements, events and international travel.
/p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liOversee daily housekeeping operations and maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and service.
/li liSupervise, coordinate and support bhousemaids, nannies and other domestic staff /b, including schedules, duties and performance.
/li liSupport the family with day-to-day household requirements, including children's meals, schedules and activities when required.
/li liCoordinate with the bChef /b regarding meal planning, dietary requirements and service standards.
/li liAct as a key point of contact between household staff, vendors, contractors and external service providers.
/li liCoordinate household inventories, supplies, maintenance, repairs and appointments.
/li liAssist with binternational travel /b, including packing, unpacking, hotel and restaurant bookings, and household preparations.
/li liCoordinate with the Chef and other service providers during family travel.
/li liAssist with private dinners, family gatherings and special occasions.
/li liSupport household safety procedures and maintain the highest standards of bdiscretion and confidentiality /b.
/li /ul h3bCandidate Requirements /b /h3 ul liProven experience as a bHead Housekeeper, Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager /b.
/li liExperience in a b5-star luxury hotel is a must, UHNW private household, luxury villa or private estate /b.
/li liStrong experience supervising domestic staff.
/li liExcellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
/li liFluent English, both written and spoken.
/li liProfessional, discreet, proactive and highly detail oriented.
/li liExperience with children and family-related logistics.
/li liInternational travel experience with a private family is an advantage.
/li liAbility to travel internationally with the family valid bUS, UK and/or Schengen visas /b are advantageous.
