Context of the Position
As part of our strategic international expansion, JD Logistics is establishing its core infrastructure within the Italian market, driven by the launch of our small-goods fulfillment operations. This is a critical greenfield deployment phase, which requires our founding leadership team to manage high operational fluidity, establish local processes from the ground up,
and translate centralized global capabilities into localized execution.
This position is designed for a highly organized, active frontline operational leader who thrives on the warehouse floor. The role demands an execution-focused supervisor who can manage large teams of receiving and stowing operators, drive real-time inventory accuracy targets, and maintain flawless safety standards during inbound shift windows.
The Mission & Core Scope
- The Mission: Lead, motivate, and direct daily inbound shift operations (dock unloading, detailed quality inspection, scanning, and high-velocity stowing) to ensure all incoming inventory is captured and made available for customer orders instantly.
- The Scope: You will take direct, hands-on floor responsibility for the inbound receiving dock and stowing zones, tracking hourly dock-to-stock metrics, resolving sorting bottlenecks, and enforcing compliance.
