This internship for outstanding students runs from June to September 2027 in one of our offices in Milan, London, Madrid, or Warsaw. You’ll own real work that reaches customers and learn at a rate that’s hard to match elsewhere.
A few examples of your responsibilities
- Investigate. Build a deep understanding of your product, its business model, and the drivers behind its growth. Use AI, data, and user research to quickly uncover meaningful opportunities and challenge assumptions.
- Innovate. Combine user insights, market signals, and emerging technologies to identify high-impact initiatives and features. Use modern tools, first-principles reasoning, and your creative insights to explore solution spaces quickly and sharpen product thinking.
- Test. Design and run rigorous experiments with real users, partnering closely with designers, engineers, and analysts to bring ideas to life and iterate quickly based on results.
- Execute. Turn ideas into impactful features. Prioritize ruthlessly, using data to focus on what truly moves the needle. Own the development process end-to-end, coordinating designers, engineers,
and other teammates to build solutions that address users’ most important needs.
- Iterate. Use experimentation and product metrics to understand what works and what doesn’t. Treat every project as a learning loop, using insights from past work to improve the product continuously.

Typical annual salary offers range from £85,797 to £151,436 in London and from €66,065 to €107,837 elsewhere in Europe. The lower end of these ranges applies to candidates with little or no relevant experience, while exceptionally experienced candidates may receive offers of up to £316,052 in London or €240,330 elsewhere in Europe. Candidates offered a permanent contract may choose to receive part of their compensation in discounted company equity.

The selection process
In our screening process, we prioritize verifiable signals of excellence, regardless of seniority.
