/ppWe are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist, who will join Moellhausen Product Marketing Dept. at the company's Headquarters in Caponago (MI), Italy.
/ppThe role is intended to support and promote higher efficacy of marketing and sales activity worldwide, with a particular focus on product development and promotion.
The candidate will support the development of proactive fragrance collections and client briefs, create and deliver impactful product presentations based on trend identification, and will collaborate in the organization of trainings, international exhibitions and special events.
/ppThe Product Marketing Specialist will report to the Product Marketing Manager.
/ppbr / /ppstrongTasks and Responsibilities: /strong /ppbr / /pulliSupport the development of global fragrance launches, by collaborating with RD, Technical Depts.
, Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Marketing or Sales Team; /liliPrepare marketing materials (creative storytelling, engaging moodboards, product presentations, etc...) to support fragrance concepts and collections; /liliCollaborate in the design and organization of olfactory workshops, special events and international exhibitions; /liliEmpower the Sales Team with marketing contents, respecting Moellhausen brand guidelines and tailoring them to specific client needs; /liliLeading in-house training sessions, to share and ensure the correct understanding, positioning and launch of fragrance collections.
/liliManage and interact with suppliers for developing promotional materials and supporting worldwide marketing activities; /liliKeep track of the market dynamics of all scented product categories, monitoring new product launches and macro trends.
/liliPrepare reports about specific market insights and findings across all scented product categories.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /ppbr / /pulliAt least 5 years experience in Marketing or Product Development (Fragrances or Cosmetics Industries will be preferred /liliMSc in Marketing or equivalent education /liliKnowledge of SAP is considered a plus /liliExcellent communication and planning skills /liliExcellent in both written and spoken Italian and English.
The knowledge of further languages is a strong plus.
/liliExcellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.) /liliInterest in fragrances and the world of scents /liliNational or international travelling may be required.
