/strong /ppbr/ppstrongYour Next Role /strong /ppYou'll join our Customer Service team and support both customer-facing and back-office activities, gaining a comprehensive understanding of operational processes within an international Supply Chain environment.
/ppbr/ppYou will have the opportunity to: /pulliManage customer orders, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing /liliSupport daily delivery activities and monitor order status to ensure smooth execution /liliHandle customer requests and provide support through phone and email communications /liliAssist in the management of service claims and customer inquiries,
ensuring proper follow-up and resolution /liliMaintain and update customer and operational data within company systems /liliCollaborate with internal teams such as Logistics, Planning, Finance and Sales to ensure excellent service levels /liliSupport administrative and reporting activities related to Customer Service operations /liliContribute to value-added service activities and continuous improvement initiatives /li /ulpYou'll be supported by a great team and guided through an onboarding experience designed to help you connect with the business, your colleagues, and the full customer journey.
xjncmbx /ppbr/ppstrongWhat You'll Need /strong /ppTo be successful in this role, you bring: /pulliA Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field /liliA strong interest in Customer Service and Supply Chain processes /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel /liliA good level of English /liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /liliA proactive, solution-oriented "can-do" attitude /liliCuriosity, motivation, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat We Offer /strong /pulliInternship reimbursement: €600–€800 gross per month /liliMeal vouchers /li /ulpbr/ppWe look forward to your application and to welcoming you onboard as our next strongCustomer Service Intern!
