Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilitiesYou support our team asCustomer Service Specialist (f/m/d)ResponsibilitiesOrder Validation & Entry: Conduct order validations and entries.Order Confirmation: Confirm customer order receipt, creation, and delivery.Monitoring & Management: Monitor and track order statuses, managing claim cases and returns.Communication: Provide clear and consistent communication between customers and internal production.Customer Support: Serve as the primary contact for customers, including cases of issues or escalation.Projects & Initiatives: Support transfer projects and process improvement initiatives.QualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Language or Economic Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.Professional Experience: Specified years of customer service experience is a plus.Skills: SAP experience.Languages: Fluent-level English, and German.
