Responsabilità
Identify and develop new business opportunities in renewable energy, especially ocean energy (tidal, wave, floating)
Support market intelligence activities tracking trends, competitors, and new technologies
Engage external stakeholders to position Prysmian in innovative projects
Assist in preparation of commercial proposals, pre-qualifications, and tenders
Collaborate with engineering, R&D;, and product management to tailor or develop offerings
Support business development in defense and military applications
Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities in renewables and defense
Support client meetings, workshops, and industry events to generate leads
Requisiti fondamentali
Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or equivalent)
Up to 3-4 years of experience in a business development role
Fluent in English; another language is a plus
Basic understanding of energy infrastructure, offshore or industrial projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
