Design MEMS structures to meet mechanical and electrical behavior based on customer requirements
Conduct simulations to optimize MEMS structures, focusing on accelerometers
Develop new design-optimization algorithms and enhance simulation methods
Work as part of a cross-functional engineering team and manage internal work packages
Coordinate design and simulation tasks with project management and technology development
Requisiti fondamentali
Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (or PhD)
Fluent English (B2 minimum); German a plus
Proficient coder with MATLAB/Python and finite element tools
Simulink skills and AI methods preferred
3–5 years' experience in MEMS design and model development (inertial MEMS sensors)
Experience conducting lab experiments; cross-functional team experience
