Within the organizational unit C/S Subsystems IPS & RAM-T Studies of the Electronics Business area, we are looking for a resource for our Rome Tiburtina 1020 office.
The person will mainly deal with the following activities:
- Analysis of the Product in operation and its related Support System, with the aim of identifying improvement actions,
- Contribution to the FRACAS process, with particular regard to Failure Report Analysis and the identification of corrective actions on the Product and/or on the Support System,
- Measurement and reporting of contractual service levels relating to the domains of Support Engineering, Field Service and Material Management.
- Preparation of the Supportability Plan for the Customer, understood as a plan of the actions provided for by the Contract to maintain
