As Spain Italy Marketplace Leader, you will be accountable for the both countries marketplace business, owning PL performance and delivering against clear input and output metrics across selection, pricing, availability, and seller quality.
You will operate as the single-threaded owner for the country, setting the strategic direction and driving disciplined execution.
This role requires a leader who combines strong business judgment with operational rigor, and who can continuously raise the performance bar.
Key Responsibilities: Own Spain Italy marketplace PL, delivering on revenue, margin, and free cash flow targets; Define and execute country strategy, grounded in data, with clear prioritisation across categories and growth levers; Drive input metrics (selection expansion, price competitiveness, seller performance, availability) to achieve output goals; Lead a multi-functional team, setting high standards for hiring, performance management,



and talent development; Inspect and improve mechanisms, establishing weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to drive accountability; Partner with global stakeholders to influence roadmap, allocate resources, and remove structural constraints.
Qualifications: Experience as a senior leader within e-commerce or marketplace with a country/regional scope; Strong understanding of European marketplace and sellers; Comfortable analysing complex data and providing actionable recommendations; Structured, performance-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including international teams; Proven success in building long-term B2B and cross border partnerships; Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
