ResponsabilitàDrive expansion decisions for your cities and coordinate with Operations to improve presence
Set partner acquisition priorities and manage pipeline to grow top partners
Improve basics: partner uptime, menu quality, CTDP optimization, and content integrity
Own city-level promotional planning and execution with top partners
Own the city-level Weekly Business Review reporting
Promote and implement appealing promotions in your cities
Focus on growing priority cities and scaling impact
Requisiti fondamentaliOwnership & drive: proven bias for action and track record of hitting targets
Analytical power: translate data (share, funnel, unit economics) into actions and be fluent in marketplace metrics (GMV, contribution margin, fail rate, uptime, conversion)
Strategic prioritization: allocate limited resources to high-impact cities, partners, and levers
Cross-functional influence: mobilize Operations, Sales, Marketing, and account teams and coach juniors
Commercial and negotiation skills: experience managing partners and negotiating terms in marketplaces or related environments
Organizational excellence: manage multiple cities, cycles, and stakeholders with detail and deadlines
Adaptability: thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Languages & mobility: fluent Italian and professional English; willingness to travel
