you will improve execution, strengthen operational discipline and enable business growth. /ph3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliServe as a member of the Country Leadership Team, providing operational insight and business recommendations to support country priorities. /liliLead Integrated Business Execution (IBE) and support development of the Integrated Country Plan. /liliDrive seasonal planning, readiness and execution through a consistent IBE/IBA process. /liliFacilitate operational governance routines, business reviews and execution tracking. /liliPartner with Country leaders to identify risks, opportunities and actions required to achieve business objectives. /liliCoordinate planning and execution across Planning, Marketplace Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial and Operations teams. /liliLead resolution and escalation of operational issues to ensure strong business continuity and execution. /liliDrive adoption of enterprise capabilities, partner integration solutions, automation tools and AI-enabled ways of working. /liliIdentify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency and strengthen operational performance. /liliBuild strong partnerships across Country and Geography teams to ensure alignment and successful execution. /li /ulpApplications will be accepted until 24st of September 2026. /ppNO RELOCATION AVAILABLE /ppThe annual base salary for this position generally ranges from €68.300,00 to €109.300,000.
