You will also support the Store Manager in implementing business development initiatives and contribute to the effective use of the Store's sales and CRM tools. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liWelcome and assist clients visiting the Store, providing an outstanding level of hospitality throughout the selling ceremony; /li liDevelop new sales opportunities and contribute to achieving the Store's commercial objectives; /li liBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients; /li liProvide support to the Store Manager in implementing business development initiatives and actions; /li liProvide clients with relevant product information and professional advice, supporting them throughout the purchasing process; /li liUse and maintain the Store's sales tools, including CRM,



quotation and project registration systems and the customer database; /li liEnsure accurate and timely management of client and sales information. /li /ul h3Who We Are Looking For /h3 pA customer-oriented and proactive sales professional with a strong passion for design and furniture, excellent communication skills and a proven ability to develop business and build lasting client relationships. /p h3Education and Experience /h3 ul liDegree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field; other academic backgrounds will also be considered; /li liMinimum 5 years of sales experience within the design and/or furniture industry; /li liProven ability to work towards and achieve commercial goals; /li liPrevious experience in a high-end or luxury environment will be considered a plus. /li /ul h3Technical and Soft Skills /h3 ul liExcellent command of English; knowledge of a second language is considered a plus; /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; /li liProactive approach, strong sales orientation and positive, enthusiastic attitude; /li liPolite, professional and strongly customer-oriented approach; /li liStrong relationship-building skills; /li liTeam player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and internal stakeholders. /li /ul h3Why Cassina /h3 pYou will join an international design company where design culture, innovation and expertise come together with a strong focus on people and professional development. /p pContract type: Permanent contract /p pThe salary range indicated in this job posting represents an estimate of the compensation level envisaged for the position.
