Overview
In this role you will implement, configure, and optimize laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems to improve workflow efficiency.
You will work with laboratory staff and cross-functional teams to deploy solutions, train users, and ensure reliable system performance.
You'll help align technical workstreams with customer needs while upholding regulatory standards.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing position that drives adoption of automation and continuous improvement.

Responsabilità
Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems
Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability and performance
Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective system adoption
Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for automation-driven efficiency
Serve as a technical expert on automation solutions for customers and internal teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and high-quality standards
Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D; to ensure project success
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of system activities and improvements
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
Experience in laboratory automation or diagnostic environments
Strong technical knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and workflows
Proficiency with relevant IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies
Strong communication and customer-facing skills for effective training and support
Fluency in Italian and English, plus one EU language (Spanish, French, or German)
Willingness to travel *****% across Italy or Europe
