Overview
In this role, you will oversee the global SaaS migration for Wolters Kluwer CCH Tagetik's customers, moving legacy deployments and commercial models to the cloud.
You'll coordinate cross-functional teams to execute migrations at scale, balancing commercial, technical, and operational needs.
You will lead governance, capacity planning, and risk management to realize business value.
This is a hands-on leadership role with a strategic impact on customers' cloud transitions and ARR realization.
Responsabilità
Migrate legacy to cloud commercial models and orchestrate on-premise migrations
Lead the global SaaS migration roadmap and establish a central Migration Execution Office
Define governance structures, KPIs, dashboards, and risk management for migrations
Plan capacity, resource allocation, and readiness across participating functions
Oversee end-to-end customer migration execution (technical and commercial) for on-premise and cloud
Drive continuous improvement and standardization of migration methodologies and playbooks
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Cloud Operations, Legal, Finance and Product
Requisiti fondamentali
10+ years of experience in large-scale transformation, cloud migration, SaaS transitions, or similar programs
Demonstrated experience managing complex enterprise customer implementations and migrations
Strong program management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
Experience driving operational execution across commercial, technical and services organizations
