Responsabilità
Partner with Design to translate creative vision into product through technical feasibility reviews and ideation
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, assessing capability and capacity to meet demands
Research and develop new raw material concepts and technologies aligned with briefs
Manage raw material development critical path with Design and Product Development, ensuring deadlines and issue resolution
Order and deliver raw materials on time and within budget and quality targets
Ensure material functionality, standardization,
and customer-fit across products with ongoing risk assessment
Collaborate with Operations during collection development and product testing to standards, negotiating any aesthetic changes
Support production meetings and prep for proto and samples
Maintain 100% accuracy in PLM records
Requisiti fondamentali
Experience managing vendor relationships and delivering clear briefs
Strong project management and critical path management skills
Commercial awareness and ability to balance creativity with cost
Expert technical product knowledge in leather, fabrics, textiles, and related processes
Site experience with vendors and operational knowledge of factories
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Knowledge of fashion trends and luxury consumer expectations
Proficiency in PLM and Excel
