Own the full story lifecycle from intake to production release
Develop robust, scalable backend solutions with technical excellence
Provide technical leadership and mentorship aligned with the roadmap
Estimate effort, resolve blockers, and participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis
Create comprehensive technical documentation and collaborate with stakeholders
Collaborate in a fast-paced, collaborative culture to bring ideas to life
Requisiti fondamentali
At least 3 years of industry experience with Java
Foundational understanding of cloud platforms (AWS a plus)
Clear, professional communication and teamwork
User-focused mindset to support great backend UX
Fluent in English and passion for FinTech or startup environments
