If you’re looking to grow, contribute, and be part of a caring and multicultural team, your journey starts here. * RESPONSIBILITIES* * Guest Profiles and Preferences* - Review and maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and previous stay information to support personalized service. * Guest Communication and Support* - Handle incoming and outgoing telephone communications professionally and courteously. - Respond to guest enquiries regarding reservations, facilities, and services. - Provide assistance to Guest Service Agents and Front Office team members as required.
* Front Office Operations* - Remain informed of daily arrivals, departures, VIPs, repeat guests, and special occasions. - Maintain familiarity with all room types, villa categories, VIP levels, amenities, and resort rates. - Adhere to all Front Office procedures, standards, and guest confidentiality protocols. - Strictly protect guest privacy and confidentiality, do not disclose guest information to unauthorized persons. * Service Excellence* - Consistently demonstrate the Constance service philosophy in all guest and colleague interactions. vetrinabakeca
