The Group’s main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and license and distribution agreements. /p h3Job Purpose: /h3 pSupport the ITS Function in managing IT financial processes — including procurement support, data entry, budget tracking and administrative activities — while progressively developing autonomy and coordination skills. /p pAdditionally, the role will contribute to the management of cloud financial resources, supporting the adoption of FinOps practices and ensuring effective cost monitoring and optimization. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liSupporting IT finance administration (Purchase Requisitions, POs, invoices); /li liContributing to periodic reporting activities using tools such as Power BI; /li liMonitoring IT expenditures and budget forecasting activities; /li liSupporting chargeback and re‑charge activities; /li liEnsuring accuracy and consistency of financial data; /li liCoordinating small groups of colleagues to ensure task allocation and respect for deadlines; /li liDemonstrating autonomy and proactive organization of assigned activities; /li liMonitoring and analyzing cloud spending across multiple providers (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP); /li liContributing to cost optimization initiatives, including rightsizing, identification of unused resources, and selection of cost‑efficient services; /li liCollaborating with technical and finance teams to support the adoption of FinOps practices.
/li /ul h3Functional Knowledge and minimum experience: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Economics, Management or equivalent; /li li1–2 years of experience in Finance Controlling or IT administration; /li liProficiency in English, both written and spoken; /li liBasic knowledge of Finance and Procurement; /li liFamiliarity with Excel and Microsoft Office tools; /li liBasic understanding of project management principles; /li liBasic knowledge of cloud computing cost models (e.g., pay-as-you-go, reserved instances); /li liBasic familiarity with cloud billing tools and dashboards. /li /ul h3Soft Skills: /h3 ul liWillingness to learn and grow; /li liAnalytical mindset and attention to detail; /li liEffective communication and proactive attitude; /li liAbility to coordinate small workgroups; /li liAbility to work autonomously and organize tasks efficiently; /li liWillingness to travel abroad independently. /li /ul h3Employment terms: /h3 pThe role is classified at Level B under the National Collective Agreement for the Chemical Pharmaceutical Industry (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico).br/The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € 43.110,62.br/The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate. /p h3Contract type: /h3 pPermanent /p pAt Bracco, we believe in the values of diversity and inclusion.
