You will contribute to a major Ember-to-React migration and shape the frontend of our banking tools.

ResponsabilitàDevelop and ship new features within a Cross-Functional Team
Lead or contribute to the Ember-to-React migration (1.1M lines of code)
Propose and drive improvements to codebase and processes
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other Tech stacks
Adopt AI-first practices to explore code,
draft designs, prototype solutions, and speed up delivery while upholding quality
Requisiti fondamentaliAt least 3 years of professional experience with React.JS or Ember.JS, plus HTML and CSS
Strong pure CSS skills (no reliance on CSS libraries)
Clear, organized communication abilities
Ability to leverage AI for faster work while maintaining reliability and judgment
