The role requires advising on corporate governance, compliance, and strategic business decisions.
You will support high-impact legal initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pp• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance matters, including board and committee matters.
/pp• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements to mitigate legal risk.
/pp• Advise on regulatory compliance, licensing, and corporate filings in multiple jurisdictions.
/pp• Lead due diligence processes for potential business transactions and partnerships.
/pp• Develop and implement policies to ensure adherence to internal and external legal standards.
/ppbr/ppbRequired Skills Qualifications: /b /pp• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
/pp• Active membership in at least one state bar with relevant experience in corporate law.
/pp• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
/pp• Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks and compliance regulations.
/pp• Ability to analyze legal risks and provide actionable solutions to business stakeholders.
