brp-MBR Wastewater Treatment / Technical Proposals / English Italian- /pp A Japanese wastewater technology company is currently recruiting a Proposal Application Engineer to support the development of technical proposals and engineering solutions for wastewater treatment projects.
/pp The role combines application engineering, technical proposal preparation, customer coordination and BIM-based design review.
You will work closely with customers, sales teams, engineering departments, contractors and project stakeholders to develop technically and commercially appropriate solutions for municipal and industrial wastewater projects.
/pp The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in water or wastewater treatment, strong technical proposal skills and practical BIM experience, together with fluent English and Italian.
/ppb(Ref: AJ***** - Please include this when making any enquiries.) /b /p pb Main Responsibilities /b /pulli Review customer enquiries, tender documents, specifications, drawings and wastewater treatment requirements /lili Develop technical solutions for municipal and industrial wastewater projects, with a focus on MBR technology /lili Prepare technical proposals, quotations, process descriptions, equipment lists and tender documentation /lili Support preliminary engineering calculations, equipment sizing, hydraulic requirements and equipment selection /lili Prepare and review PFDs, PIDs, layouts and technical drawings /lili Use and review BIM models to assess equipment layouts, plant integration and multidisciplinary coordination /lili Work with sales,
engineering, procurement and project teams to develop technically and commercially viable proposals /lili Participate in technical meetings and support customer enquiries, tender clarifications and successful project handovers /li /ul pb Ideal Candidate /b /pulli Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Process Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related discipline /lili Experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, process engineering, plant engineering or environmental engineering /lili Experience as a Proposal Engineer, Application Engineer, Process Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer or similar /lili Good understanding of wastewater treatment processes and equipment; MBR experience is highly desirable /lili Experience preparing technical proposals, quotations, tenders and engineering documentation /lili Practical experience with BIM and BIM-based engineering workflows; Revit, AutoCAD or Navisworks would be advantageous /lili Strong customer-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills with good commercial awareness /lili Fluent English and Italian, with the ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines in an international environment /li /ul pb Conditions /b /pulli Location: Bolzano/Trento, Italy /lili Working Style: hybrid /lili Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience) /lili Job Type: full-time, permanent /lili Working Hours: 9:*****:00 from Monday to Friday /lili Start: negotiable /li /ul pb We regret that we cannot accept applications from Working holiday or Student visa holders.
