ph3Descrizione dell'offerta di lavoro /h3 pTo strengthen its technical team, Cosmic Group's hiring a Customer Support Technician to join a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing systems at customer sites, training users, and supporting internal validation and repair activities.
/p h3Responsabilities: /h3 ul liPerforms on-site installation of new systems at the customer's location; /li liPerforms periodic maintenance on internal systems and customer systems at their locations; /li liProvides support (both at Cosmic and on-site)
for installed systems; /li liProcesses incoming returns from customers; /li liUpdates company databases with technical findings from the work performed; /li liReports customer feedback and new requests to the Customer Support Manager; /li liProvide internal support to the Bring-up and Failure Analysis team for: ul liValidation/repair of ATE components /li liValidation/repair of interface board components /li /ul /li liConduct training for customers at our headquarters or at their facilities /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liHigh school diploma in electronics or related field.
/li liExperience, even minimal, in electronic systems assembly and repair; /li liknowledge of written and spoken English (minimum level B1) /li liwillingness to travel an average of 25%–30% of the days in the year /li /ul pWe offer attractive and competitive remuneration based on experience /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
