Here below your responsibilities: /h3ulliManage expediting activities, coordinating internal or external personnel, in accordance with supply criticality and purchased material specific peculiarities / complexity. /liliPrepare / define project reporting / procedures according to specific needs; prepare / discuss / manage the Expediting budget assigned by the Project. /liliKnowledge of goods supply phases, including engineering, procurement, construction, inspection, preparation for shipment and transportation. /liliKnowledge of Supply Chain process. /liliKnowledge of Project Post Order activities (expediting, quality control during manufacturing stages, shipping and customs activities of purchased goods). /li /ulh3What are we looking for? /h3h3Education: /h3pMaster's Degree/bachelor’s degree or Tehcnical High School Diploma, (Engineering matters preferred) /ph3Experience: at least 5 years /h3pas a Vendor Project Manager/Job Coordinator within Oil Gas Industry, or Post Order Coordinator at EPC Contractor. /ph3Languages: /h3pItalian/English /ph3Technical/IT Skills: /h3pSAP Preferred,
