ph3bABOUT US /b /h3 pBonfiglioli is a worldwide designer, manufacturer and distributor of a complete range of gearmotors, drive systems, planetary gearboxes and inverters, which satisfy the most challenging and demanding needs in industrial automation, mobile machinery and renewable energy. /p pEstablished in 1956, Bonfiglioli operates worldwide in 20 countries and 18 production facilities, with a wide network comprising 550 distributors and over 5.000 employees. /p pExcellence, innovation and sustainability are the drivers behind our growth as a company and team. /p pWe are looking for a bRSPP HSE Manager /b to join our Team based in Forlì. /p h3bMISSION /b /h3 pEnsures the management the all of the activities related to the environmental safety and security of the employees (oil spills, toxic fumes etc..), in collaboration with an occupational doctor and Group HSE, analyzing risks and accidents and planning improvement initiatives. /p h3bMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /b /h3 pbHSE Local Management /b /p ul liFollowing Group policies and procedures, ensures compliance with quality, environmental, and energy standards and the level of risk in terms of safety /li liManages and coordinates occupational medicine activities /li liManages employees' occupational injuries and disabilities in cooperation with Human Capital and the local occupational doctor /li liEnsure the right evaluation of the ergonomic workstation /li liEnsure the timely procurement of DPI and its proper handling and distribution. Monitor the safe use of DPI in different roles /li liVerifies compliance with legal duties (plant certification, emissions management, and other legal duties defined by regulations) /li liManages the mandatory training about safety /li liManages the first aid teams /li /ul pbRisk Analysis and Audit Management /b /p ul liAnalyze and evaluates risk related employee safety, plan improvement initiatives and monitor results /li liAnalyze injuries and incidents,
definition of corrective actions and improvements needed to improve the incidence of accidents and incidents /li liUpdates the local HSE management system /li liResponsible to manage local audit in coordination with Group HSE Management System /li /ul pbReporting /b /p ul liResponsible to update HSE local KPI related to accidents, energy consumption, hazardous waste management etc.. /li liProvides accident and incident analysis to define corrective actions and improvements needed to reduce the incidence of accidents and incidents /li liProvides environmental risk analysis in order to define corrective actions and improvements necessary to reduce environmental risks /li /ul h3bREQUIREMENTS /b /h3 ul liProven experience in HSE roles within complex manufacturing or industrial production environments /li liStrong knowledge of Italian HSE regulations and environmental compliance requirements /li liExperience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and implementation of corrective actions /li liSolid understanding of ISO standards related to Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy Management Systems /li liExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills /li liProactive mindset with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities /li /ul h3bCOMPENSATION PACKAGE /b /h3 pThe annual compensation range for this position is €55,000 - €60,000, with additional benefits and variable compensation where applicable (e.g., bonuses, incentive plan, MBO).br/This compensation range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including the scope of the role, required skills, relevant professional experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility.br/Additional information regarding compensation, benefits, and career progression criteria will be provided during the recruitment process. /p pLocation: Forlì. /p pWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
