pEmployment Type: bContract /b /ppContract period: b12 months /b /ppLocation: bItaly (remote) /b /ppbr/ppAs a bCREATIVE PRODUCER /b, you will be responsible in: /ppbr/ppRole responsibilities: /pp• Support the initial scope of the Lab project (event / roundtable) providing /ppdocumentation to the Head of the Lab so that a decision can be made whether to /ppgreenlight the project /pp• If the project is greenlight, they will be responsible for end-to-end project / event /ppmanagement and work closely with Head of GAC Lab to ensure impact /pp• Manage all project related processes and tasks, including agendas, meetings, /ppbudgets, communications etc to ensure all milestones are met.
/pp• Drive projects forward with seamless planning and execution, including anticipating /pproadblocks, resolving issues, managing stakeholders and evolving plans as required.
/pp• Lead production of event-related creative assets / artefacts /pp• Interact with, manage and coordinate a wide range of cross-functional teams within /ppGoogle, as well as external work streams with artists, cultural institutions, vendors /ppetc.
/pp• Ensure the effectiveness of the Lab's thought leadership program by conducting /pppost-project reporting.
